I would never usually complain .My son got his hair cut by “Kissy”. She said she was the master barber there. My son had patches through out his hair and she receded his hair line. When I gave her constructive criticism Instead of fessing up that she messed it up I received poor customer service about her being a barber for 19 years. If she knew she wasn’t comfortable cutting my sons hair then as a professional she should have not cut it . Now I’m stuck having to go at another barber to fix the corrections @7PM on a school weekday . I left pictures on your Facebook page on the review comments
